Regent Seven Seas Cruises is adding a new demonstration kitchen for cooking classes to the Seven Seas Explorer, which is scheduled to for the summer of 2016.
A first for Regent, the Culinary Arts Kitchen will have 18 individual cooking stations atop three long curved rows with white quartzite counter tops and stainless steel accents. Each of the workstations will be equipped with induction cook-tops and stainless steel sinks.
The Culinary Arts Kitchen will offer more than a dozen classes on topics such as healthy cooking, fish and shellfish preparation, food and wine pairings for entertaining, mini-desserts, high-heat grilling, and foods from the destinations visited by the ship.
The kitchen will be located on Deck 11 and have floor-to-ceiling windows.
But that’s not the only addition to the Seven Seas Explorer. They will be adding the Meridian Lounge, which will be located near the Constellation Theater on the port side of Deck 5. The lounge will have a rosewood parquet dance floor and stage to host live musical performances.
The 750-guest Seven Seas Explorer will have all-suite accommodations. Their all-inclusive fares include round-trip air, wines and spirits, sightseeing excursions in every port, all gratuities, a pre-cruise luxury hotel stay and complimentary Wi-Fi for guests in concierge and higher suites.
