If you are planning a wedding outside of the United States, there are always different legal requirements that need to be addressed. In many cases, these requirements must be met quite some time before the actual wedding ceremony. Depending on the location you choose, we will be able to help you in meeting the specific requirements.

Different facilities are able to accommodate various sized events from an intimate, two-person ceremony to a large wedding party. Once we know what you are looking for, we will be able to suggest an appropriate location.  We want the facility to provide you with a most memorable experience.

Most of our preferred locations also provide professional and complimentary event coordinators on-site.  Their total responsibility is to coordinate a worry-free and smooth functioning event.  Some facilities also provide bridal registries in order to help couples list their gift suggestions.

There are several things that you will want to consider during the planning phase or your trip.

There are going to be different requirements if you are planning a wedding, vow renewal, honeymoon or a special anniversary.  Depending on the type of event, different facilities will be more appropriate and accommodating.

Are your guests going to be coming to your event from one location or several?  We will be able to arrange reduced group rates for all of your invited guests.

Is your guest list going to include adults only or will children also be attending?  Once again, there are facilities that are strictly “adult-only” while others will accommodate children attendees.

What kinds of activities are you going to want to have both before and after the day of your event?  The best locale for you is going to be related to your answer to this important question.  Once you know how you want to spend your time, we will be able to help you find the best venue.
